Harper v. Harper, No. A-19-1146
After a highly contested and litigated divorce, Omaha based attorney John Kinney successfully defended his client against an appeal to the Nebraska Court of Appeals. In doing so, John Kinney protected his client's rights in regards to being awarded sole physical custody of her minor child and her ability to move out of the state Nebraska with her minor child.
