Danielle Clerc | Paralegal in Omaha, NE
Danielle joined our firm in 2019. She graduated with honors from Metropolitan Community College with her Associate’s Degree in Applied Science in 2008. Danielle has worked in various areas of the law including: juvenile, probate and estate planning, and criminal, but her passion has always been family law.
Danielle uses her customer service experience to help clients in transition by providing paralegal support to our attorneys and emotional support to our clients. Danielle truly enjoys being a paralegal and knowing that her role within the firm supports our clients with this difficult process.
From complex litigation cases to simple uncontested divorces, Danielle is involved from beginning to end. She assists clients by providing regular contact and updates, managing the discovery process, maintaining the case calendar and deadlines, drafting pleadings and correspondence. Danielle maintains document production, client case files, and plays an integral part in preparing for hearings and trials.
Danielle was born and raised in Omaha and is fortunate enough to raise her three children here, as well. In Danielle’s free time, she can be found on the sidelines or in the stands cheering on her younger two children who play several sports on a competitive level. Danielle prides herself on providing the same level of dedication towards supporting our clients as she has her children while participating in their preferred sports.
